Speeding up mayors house Collections tab production.

There are buffs for population growth for mayors house but none for speeding up production of the mayors house collections tab. Please create some.
Alternatively since the production is similar to provision houses allow provision house buffs to be used on mayors house as well.
Second alternative again similarly to provision house allow the level of mayors house to speed up the production under Collections tab.

Third alternative:
Add an effect to the Cheese Sandwich that speeds up Collection tab production.
(Then some players might actually stop complaining about them! :cool:)
