Rarity Provision house time glitch

So as the barracks the rarity provision house also has a buff related time glitch.

The buff end time is displayed as production complete time for any production that would be in progress at the time of the buffs end.

Have not tested with regular provision house.

It's a known problem at BB's. ATM they don't wanna do anything about it. BB will wait until 2019 till they gonna solve the problem.
The time indicator doesn't give the right ending time, but the total time will be correct.
