When I used my level 4 Christmas Market for the second time, none of the buildings in the 11x11 area got a buff.
The cooldown time showed 10h30 (speed 200%).

Are you absolutely certain that the previous buffs had expired before you applied the new buff? If they were still running, then the new buff wouldn't take.

Buff lasts 12 hours, cooldown 10.30. I start the buff on the 2nd market while first one is still running.

Same problem. Both of my markets have no effect at all. It is a bug I guess

If cooldown show 10h30 you need to wait 10h30 before you can buff any of the 2 markets - or do you mean it showed 10h30 after you tried without effect ?

My market do not buff anything, nothing to do with cooldown.

the market requires 2 things
-that none of the buildings are already buffed
-that the bottom corner of a building is within the buff zone (you can check this by clicking on the market, moving the window to the side, hover over the buff you wish to use and check the green grid, buildings it will buff will have a little blue shield showing)

The previous round of buffs had run out.
I clicked to activate buffs at level four.
No buffs activated in the area.
Cooldown started counting down from 10h 30m.
Refreshing made no difference.
Neither did clearing cache, nor forcing zone reset by logging out for 20m.

Boring bug, get used to it
