Endless coal mines don't count towards "have 5 level 6 coal mines" pathfinder quest.

That should be a priority to fix first!

Support are checking this issue, but so far the only workaround is: to have "other" coal mines or to build them.. As the latter is not really possible, we don't actually suggest it.

I appreciate that support are looking in to this but i am puzzled by "other " coal mines, I know that coking plants and recyclers do not count so please could you explain?

I assume this refers to the industrial coal mines which do count towards the have 5 level 6 coal mines

AFAIK BB has been aware of the bug for around a month based on different forums and at the moment if have built 2 endless coal mines you will be unable to complete the task unless you delete one of them and replace with an older type mine. I reported this a week ago and there was no ETA for a fix. Already received this task twice...

I have 3 Endless Coal Mines... all at lvl 6..and Not recognised by Pathfinder.

From the looks of the above posts I will not be completing this Pathfinder or any future ones with this quest anytime soon..

This issue surely cant be a hard 1 to fix..??

I have 3 endless so there aren't enough deposits for me to have the others.

Since my last post I have raised a Ticket .. [Ticket#UK-2019011411000176] Pathfinder quest

I was asked to give more information and screenshots to show the issue.

I sent screenshots of Both my economy overview showing the 3 lvl 6 Endless Coal Mines, and a screenshot of my Pathfinder quest showing only 2 lvl 6 coal mines being recognised.. Indust coal mine and a lvl 6 coal mine.

This was sent off replied to the email received from support within an hr of receiving it.. The reply I got back told me I was dealing with a closed ticket and the issue was deemed to be resolved..

Is this their way of wearing us down so we just give in..??

Have since raised another ticket..but feel as though I have spent over 37k gems on buildings that an integral part of my game dosnt even recognise...

I'm not really holding my breath for an early resolution..

This issue with quests will be fixed with one of the next deployments. It should actually be already fixed here on the test server.
