I cant unlock main quest Brew production for a very, very long time.

Hi,

I am level 45 and I still cannot finish a main quest. It simply doesn't unlock a subquest although I have met the conditions. I have played the game on different computers, so it's not the cach or something like it. Here is a screen:

The Wiki says that to finish Brew Production you must:
Build two wheat fields,
build two farms,
build a well,
build a brewery.

Have you done all that?
And keep in mind that sometime things are literal. "well" for example might not mean a deep well but just a well (level 1). They are two different buildings. A Tightly sown wheat field is not a wheat field either. Not in this context.
A friary would not work for the request of a brewery would be another example.
