Gens attacking at slowest speed

Is it me or do all gens, once sent to attack a camp, move ever so slowly regardless of whether a horseshoe has been used or not?

It doesn't matter what type of horseshoe is used, it doesn't seem to affect the gens and they even seem to move slower than before the Valentine's event started.

i have noticed this, can BBS tell is if movement speed with horshoe on affects the attack speed or not, awaiting an answer.

By description, it should increase the speed of Generals on the map no matter if they're attacking, returning from a battle or just moving to a new location.
I'll try to verify it with the Development Team.

Mine have been speeding up. It's not always easy to tell though.
