Family Day and Heart Lockets ???

What on earth is "Family Day" and "Heart Lockets" and where do I take it from ???

if you have 5 bouquets running on your island you activate the zone buff Heart Lockets
if you have 10 bouquets running on your island you activate the zone buff Family Day

[Kotugo]

if you click the zone-wide buff tab at the top of the interface, it opens a window with a description of active buffs and where they have come from.
