No. Like with haloween event if you don't use the farms they will be deleted.

I just hope that the buildings that don't correctly work will be fixed ...

And I'd like an explanation for the love garden, I have no idea how it works, is it with residences around it or village schools ... don't want to spend coins moving buildings for nothing ... ;)

But I don't see how it's possible to get room enough on our island to put 25 buildings around one love garden, I already couldn't get a max for the christmas markets :(

That's why you can buy 2 gardens or get even more by trading.
