Yes, first appeared when BB introduced the weekly quests, BB have made no mention of fixing it nor acknowledge it existing.
It is indeed a bug. The Development Team is aware of its existence. I suggest reporting every case to the Support Team with all available details and screenshots.
You can also try visiting another Island (e.g. of a friend) and going back to yours. It helps in some cases.
looks like the container for the guild quest is 3 pixels too narrow on the right and its causing the scroll bars to be put inside the container. Which browser does this happen with?

But the main problem is that i can"t validate my quest guild !

Click around in the 3 pixels that are visible. I dont remember a single time this bug has kept me from completing gq.
the browser zoom works to make all the menus bigger (ctrl+mousewheel up or down), if you zoom quite far in then it might make it easier to click the guild quest (as a work around, not a fix).

There is no such list that is available publicly.
This section is primarily for the purpose of discussing the bugs & sharing solutions if any exist.
The Support Team should be contacted by the person who is experiencing the bug. This way, the Support Team can easily provide possible solutions, which that person can quickly test and report the results. Furthermore, if any additional details or screenshots are required, the Support Team can ask for them and receive them quickly.
It is simply more efficient this way.

From the player point of view :
Each have to experience bugs by himself, looking for an obvious fix like restart computer, clear caches, wait 15 minutes, try another browers....
To find that you already knew this bug for month (years ?)
It's very frustrating !

The players (your clients) need this to avoid being frustrating from this game... that you hope for us, no ?

fexno by the looks of it maybe they was like you wanted a list of bugs so did one.
so why dont you do a list like they did?
simple answer you want a list you make it like fexno did in the post you linked then there is 2 none bb lists of bugs on forum for them that care about the bugs so much
