We have had an 'official' reply, via the mods, that essentially gave the same info

Since it is just a collection of links to other posts, there's no real point in making an official translation.

The likely cause of the bug has been identified and the Development Team is working on a solution.

I think - and that is just my opinion that you might need to revise your view of what information is needed and what is not needed- sorry if I repeat myself,- but honestly. Some people pay money to play this game. The bug was first noticed around saturday - and today is the first time there is any mention on it on log in page. I dont know if you have any idea how many people read what where and why. But from where I am I get this impression. Very few read forum,- not many read facebook. A lot read info on log in screen if the info is short and precise. At least if they dont read it, they did have the option to find info there.

Why is it not important to inform us??

Why is it ok to inform players on German server and not us ?

I feel ignored by BB by this. It is like that we and the money we spent on this game does not count, and now I am quoting one of my guild members " BB does not care about this game" - That BB really dont care.
