Spring Park: No effect beyond 2nd one

Buying and placing a third Spring Park does not decrease cooldown phase - it remains to be 23h 30 min. but should be 15h 40 min (with 3) or 11h 45 min (with 4 active spring parks).

Pull them all down, then rebuild them all. it worked for me as mine was showing 23.30 as well. Now its showing 15h 40m once all have been rebuilt
