Cant click on the merchant

Hi can anyone help me, Since the easter event I click on the merchant icon at the bottom of the screen but nothing happens.

I have logged this with support 3 times now and each time they have asked for screenshots then they don't reply and the log gets completed without resolving the issue...(Very frustrating...!)

I have cleared my windows and flash player cashe but that hasnt fixed the problem.

Any help would be appreciated thanks.
