In the last hour the game has frozen and Ive had to relog 5 times using Internet Explorer - its no better with firefox. For some considerable time at the end and start of missions the games frozen requiring a relog its then taking two to three attempts to log in - but today has really been bad for game freezes....I believe players are putting in time and expense to warrant a better gameplay experience than theyre getting and 'quick fixes which don't work aren't 'cutting the mustard. So please buck up and get the game working.... I packed in played Anno online because of stupid bugs don't want to see the same happen to settlers.

Same issue for me, constant freezing. It tends to be fine for a couple of days after a server maintenance and then it rapidly goes downhill until the next maintenance.

I also quit Anno Online partly because after the ship combat was added the game just became unplayable due to the amount of freezes and bugs (and also the events were dreadful for needing too many resources to buy anything, kind of like how this game is going now too)

I hope the developers that were responsible for sinking Anno online weren't just moved to settlers online to sink that too :(

After last 2 hotfixes ive experienced this for about half a day. Luckily it somehow seems to fix itself for the next day?
