Gold Hearted Geo's voice

When the gold hearted geo is sent out, she clearly has a female voice (which I somehow finds creepy, but less than the demented laughter of her explorer colleagues).

But when she returns, she sounds like a male geo.

I am not even remotely surprised that the end product from BB is only half-baked, but as the quality of a product lays in the small details, perhaps her returning voice could be retuned?
