I have had it a couple of times in the past, not for a while now though.

I had it for a whole day but now its sorted. I've tried everything, different browsers, computers, ip's non helped! I almost got an industrial tit mine depleted :(

Unless someone clears it manually there is a script that runs overnight that clears almost all of these errors.
