collection quest in ventures does not appear

In ventures Hansel and Gretel i dont recieve collection quest to find 1 stinky mushroom. I clear all map.

contact support in saturday morning (first time)... no respond, then contact yesterday (past more then 24 hours) still nothing.

I want some answer, want to finish venture or send me back new wenture. I don't want to wait any longer.

quite often they don't work over the weekend, so always have to wait till monday before they will read your ticket

have you tried logging out, clear browser cache and flash cache, wait 15 mins, then log back in?

I have to give up 2 blueprints and to cancel venture. it is easy to collect 60 evil queen pages, right?

UBISOFT support dont have solution for my problem.

tomorow morning will be 7 days from starting venture.
