The last hour of the ghost ship cooldown timer needs to be in minutes not as it is currently showing 1hr,I'd like to know if its 5 mins or 55 mins

This is not a real countdown timer. This display tells you to wait until the next full hour.
So if you get this message at 1 minute to the next hour you have to wait 1 minute, and if you get this message on 1 minute after the hour you have to wait 59 minutes.
