Not getting reward from Ghost Ship

I have 3 Ghost lanterns, i opened the box and only got a single reward. Unfortunately i dont have a screen of it.
Maybe have a look into it.

Yes, I have two lanterns and only received one reward. Unless you have to do that and the next award appears. Plus I didn't get the anniversary gift

the countdown quest has disappeared from my quest book, I have 3 lanterns and have been recieving quests and rewards in the past weeks.

Same here. No countdown, no Ghost Ship, no rewards

I had my ghost ship and countdown disappear when it was due for a couple of days. Only way i got the quest was to demolish a lantern. I had raised a support ticket, but not heard any advice from them, hence in desperation demolishing the lantern.

Mine has disappeared too....16.5k pumpkins to have this after three cycles? Yet we are stuck with the weekly challenge ship `quest failed' annoyance for free!!

You get rewardbox regardless of quest. Totally separate things.


Apropos Ghost Ship guildies now reporting they get 2 ghost ship quests, one that is waiting, one not. (Mine turns over on Wednesday)

Based on discussion now in guild, seems like there's a one week delay on them for some. Regualr part can be done but waiting sticks around until time's up next week.

I've had no problem with gifts & a quest but my ship was hidden behind a floating residence this week. I had to move it.

Yep, I get that, fairly obvious. Was merely making it clear that I had fulfilled the quest I had been given.

The point is yet another thing poorly introduced by BB in a rush to flood the game with new stuff for the sake of it.

I have 3 lanterns and always received 3 gifts in the weekly box from the ghost ship.

Reading this thread, it seems that it isn't the first time only 1 gift is received when "luck decided" it is 20 gems.

@BB_Malkun : how far is the team working on a solution and when can I expect the missing 2 random gifts please? Thanks!

PS: I sent a ticket to Support but we've all been there before so I don't even expect any serious follow-up, let alone a satisfactory solution ;)

In respect to the issue with 3 lanterns but receiving 1-2 reward instead of 3.

It seems that players reporting this in fact received 3 rewards as should and that is just an graphic issue. You can reach out to the Support Team to make agents check and confirm that this is the case. If there will be a reward missing, they will make it right.

Wait quest ended, no new ship, quests or reward.

Have raised a ticket with support but have similar problems to others here...ship should have turned up this morning with quest and chest with 3 rewards , all been fine until today..nothihg turned up and i dont even have a quest to wait for a week for next one ...have tried logging rith out f the game ..any other ideas ?

update....logged out for 15 minutes when i came back it had corrected itself
