where is the best placement on the island. where can we use it on the most free space?

I have 3 Xmas Market positions and the tree will fit beside the xmas market building (same footprint as a flowerbed). When the xmas market is on cooldown I will implement the tree instead at level 3. My best spot is S1 below the Mayors House as I have moved most of my high level production there.
