Does Trouble seeker actually work on this explorer?

Over a week now (33 times sent) all three explorers with that skilled maxed to 30% chance and not one have found an extra adventure...so is it a bug,seriously bad luck or aren't they effected by this skill?

one just came back for me with a 4th adventure, so seems to be working for me.

Yeh on test i tried it about 50 times and also thought it was not working even placed a bug post, but then tried a bunch more times and end up getting the extra drop so really bad luck i guess. :)
