No enemy camp kills

I have played Roaring Bull many times, it's a regular adventure I do.
Today I have been playing it and enemy camp 3 has no losses at all. I have sent YGG x 3. The first time I sent 115 recruits, the second 90 as I expected it to go to camp 4, it went to the undefeated camp 3 and was defeated and third time I sent YGG fully loaded with 155 recruits. For some stupid reason I also sacrificed a tavern general with 200 recruits too and I still see the enemy camp withoutn a single reduction in numbers. The battle report shows kills, the camp doesn't.
I have now lost 550 recruits and still can't progress so will have to cancel the adventure.
I have a load more of these and previously enjoyed them, if I do another is this going to happen again? I don't want to lose more resources and time.

If things don't go as you have learned to expect them too, your first step should be to return home then back to the adventure in the hopes that, that causes the game to catch up with what you did.

Yes I did that, also refreshed too. In the end I cancelled the adventure and told support.
