Please could you emphasise that washing hands (and forearms) should be with HOT water and soap as a mimimum, and those forced to use public transport, please for the love of God follow basic hygiene and common sense and use handkerchiefs etc..., and not sneeze/cough all over your fellow passengers. I'm playing Russian Roulette every time I need to shop or attend medical appointments.
Being in an "at risk" group I'm already trying to self-isolate and it's not easy, couldn't get bread or milk yesterday as the Govt. announcement just sparked another rush of panic buying so will have to go out again.
Former neighbour passed away last week after developing sepsis which just brings home how serious this can get.
Going to be a very quiet Easter as even the churches have closed their doors now.
