Sunflower Farm - is it endless or will deplete?

Hi, does anyone know is "Sunflower Farm" endless or will deplete?

It's a production building like a mill, not a resource like a mine or a field. It takes 10 water and turns it into 1 oilseed for as long as you have water to supply it.
