Unable to buy Endless Copper Mine

Hi
I dont seem to be able to buy this.
Pay the gems (crazy I know), it goes to the side of the Merchane window and I get the animation showing it go to Star Menu but when I go to my Star Menus it isnt there and gems havent been deducted from my total.

Is there a level liomit for this item? (I'm level 33)

Solved. Logged off and back on and working now.

Andwhen the lag catches up, you'll have 23 copper mines in star and minus 644,000 gems ;)
