Can't Chat

Is there a bug? I can't chat with my guild.
I can type a message, but not send it by clicking enter.

What could I do?

I found that this was a new problem in Edge.
I have flipped back to firefox which you need to adjust ''hardware acceleration'' on to get rid of white screen.

In Chrome the same: Chat doesnot work (the enter button) I can type .. thats all
I can whisper en send email to other players..
I Can't chat!

i am using chrome on one pc and edge on another. It doesn't therefore seem to me to be a local issue.

Still nothing. I tried it in Chrome, Edge and Firefox No chat through not responding enter button (key) Just send mail to players thats all...

No change. As with Xiefehl, chat does not respond to enter key on any tab. Email only.

i tried firefox today and got on fine but chrome/edge not working still. can someone explain this? is it my browser setttings?

The most common way to stuff up chat is to zoom in, flash has a nasty habit of doing it itself randomly. Used to have to log out and back in again but now enabling flash again seems to cure it most times, until it zooms itself again.

All the players, who contacted me due to their inability to send chat messages, were able to solve their issue, by switching to another browser.

yes, leaving two browsers unusable.
so, if it jams in 2 browsers, but not in another, with no settings changed at the users end, where could the problem be ?
and if it then unjams with no changes made ?

No.. it doesn't work yet. I Have emptied cache flash and chrome.. but still not a chat function working
