Did you try your unwanted mail folder? - My answers are often there - and it is quite precise place to put them- no matter what - think I got a problem solved one time out of - have no clue. Best support you get in this game is the help tab.- Kit we miss you - but then there are a few other very competent players - they deserve to get paid - cant say the same about the ones sitting in support :p

yep i only get news mails from ubisoft
but not from support, not even mail says they recived my question
