Simple idea, same as buff canceling a skin, create buffs which would:
1, stop production
2, start production
3, maybe also upgrade the building

Useful when you want to stop/start production of whole block of buildings (e.g. around love tree) and you don't want to spend 100 clicks to stop all just to have it started the next day. Having a way to create a cheap utility buffs in provision house.

In the mean time you can mass start/stop buildings by doing it normally to the first one and the next ones only need a mouse click and then hit spacebar.
