Observatory Positioning

I think the positioning of the Observatory needs to be adjusted (see attached).
I've placed a (3x3) path around it to demonstrate... as you can see, the Observatory sits on the two lower paths and needs to be moved upwards.

Would it be possible to re-position the Observatory (similar to the recent adjustments to the tributes)?
