I started the adventure Misty Cake, sent generals but cannot attack the camps.

Tried to ask in the chat - there is no empty line there - to write on it.

Am I supposed to clear the mist first? If yes, how to do it, what buff to get and from where?

This was reported on the test server numerous times, as usual BB haven't fixed it and included it in the event! It happened to me twice out of five adventures. You can complete the adventure if you are willing to waste 9 Big Catapults. Never had a problem with the chat window though.

hi some people have said in global refresh a few times and that helps.

Chat on all 3 EU worlds and Zeus have been full of people with the same issue. Why oh why let a bugged adventure go live when told the issue on test?

Yes, and all the time you are doing that you are losing time ion which you could be gathering candles/dough/xp. It's bugged, they were warned, daft to add to game till sorted.

I have completed Misty Cake twice now without problems, presume I have just been lucky. Whilst the x3 loot is applied the amount of obsidan ore in loot is most acceptable, but the fact that others wont be able to complete their quest is not. It will be a shame if the problems are not addressed in the current event...please fix!

I tried re-log in and what ever on test- it did not help.

Started it after the hotfix, because I hoped it will fix the bug I heard about
Now with the new adventure I just started I got the issue as well, several relogs, staying offline for longer time, different browser, visit friends' map to force a change, revisit map, doing everything people in Help channel suggest.
Did not help so far.

Loss of time is bad, if it also leads to using gems, even worse.

If you have issues with it, please try this:

1. Log out from the game.
2. Close the game tab/window (this is very important).
3. Clear your browser cache.
4. Wait about 20 minutes.
5. Visit the adventure again.

Nothing works, just the gems ....

Tried everything suggested, still can't attack camps, ended up using gems to finish quest :(

I'm blocked on this as well, can't attack any camp :-( And I'm definitely not willing to use gems for this. BB please fix this.

I've started and needed to cancel Misty Cake for the third time - I wasn't able to attack any camp even once :-(
BB either fix this or give us all 9 Big Catapults that are needed to work around YOUR BUGS.

I got an advice on chat to try this: start the adventure, send army, visit the adventure island *and wait on it until the generals arrive* (don't go back to home island, don't close browser). And indeed, I can attack now. Might be a coincidence though.

I'm having problems running misty cake adventure. Why make it part of a quest chain when it's so bugged ?????

Been there, done that, couple times. Not able to attack.

Cancelled adventure, bought one for 150 map fragments to override my current ones in star (5x, total 6x), started one, sent generals to it.
Since it needs quite a few units, I had to wait for them to come home with my transport generals. But attacking ones were already on the Misty Cake.
Tried if I can attack - I CAN CONFIRM I HAVE SEEN PATH (FLAGS) FOR THE GENERALS FRESHLY LANDED
Without unlogging, I went back home and went to bed irl to have some sleep before units arrive home. Wake up, sent units to Misty Cake, went to Misty Cake.
Moved my generals around, unloaded, WHEN TRYING TO ATTACK SAME STORY AS BEFORE, ALL PATHS END AT BORDER

And you are telling me this is fixable by relog ? Really ?

I have tried twice now to do this adv! Both times same problem, troops don't reach camp. I tried the options given here but they didn't work either. Is a tad annoying when it's part of a quest for an event too!!

if you start the adv you send your generals and troops, then go to the adv and wait till they landed, then do your attacks and dont leave the adventure till you did all your attacks.

If you are stuck, send back generals and do as above.

Its the camps changing that causes this, only solution is not to leave till you did all attacks.

i was using in each of the first rainflaming arrows than each assasin and the first with poison. when all 3 where gone than was i able to go on. problem is you do not get poison all time

quickest option is to check historic event archives on wiki, most times the same general event bonusses apply the next year
