Celebrative Outlook

Hello. Recently I acquired/was gifted with a ceelebrative outlook. It increase population, but also gave a "gift" every day or so. Fine. Does anyone know of a away to find out what you got? I think I saw the gift once, but I don't know how I did it? Help? Please. Thank you.

Go to Star menu, go to the Misc tab (far right), you'll see your gift in there, it looks like a telescope. Repeat daily :-)
