guildquest timer is out of snyc

Hi,

i noticed that the last few days the timer of the my computer ( freshly snychronized) and the timer for the current is out of snyc by ~3 minutes

may you can fix that somehow

GQ has changed on Northisle @ 12:55 for over a year.

i'm on Sandycove

and the new GQ started with the timer still having 3 minutes on it
