Borken Excelsior

Me and another member of my guild have broken excelsiors. It huffs and puffs on the island but when we enter to donate crystals, the animation is missing and we have to wait for the x is to be clickable to exit the excelsior.

I have the same problem. With some tricks I got to know that I receive 3 "short letter snippet", but I can not complete the text and receive an "adventure".

Update. After keeping the Excelsior 10 minutes rest, I was able to get the adventure from the snippet.

Yep, excelsior broken - doesn't show what it drops, animation gone.

Had this problen before. Now with standalone client it is worse. no animation, leave it for 10 minutes the crystal count drops, the items appear in in star menu and everything sorts itself out, also at sometime afterwards up to 15 minutes along comes the sound. It is bust!

same problem also here... it is the animation broken (crystal processing + results including the total crystal count update)

Yes, no animation, nothing. Have to wait for a few seconds before it is usable again, though with the same result. I just get 20 map fragments everytime, thats it, nothing else.

Fairly obvious to see some of the graphics etc. have been missed out of the client's download list. Please fix for next update. It is usable just if you watch the little gold/grey x top right for changing. Everything's still happening but just no feedback.

You might get the rewards but what is really annoying is that more or less every time I try - the game freeze up and I have to close and restart.

Same for all of us re excelsior but at least the brazier in now the right size and can be traded, some on that is so exciting, lol

The file is there, and if you go to its link, it works, but the game doesn't appear to use it, so broken link within game?
