hi,
has auto reply reference for support tickets been turned off , i have sent in about excelsior being stuck, and no reply ref ticket has been returned,
can some one confirm you are looking at reported problems via your help support section ?:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

Probably turned it off due to lots of tickets about Mac users not being able play the game!!

BB has known about the excelsior bug for almost a month and it was reported on the first day the new client was added to the test server
