small river house

just placed 7 of them , one next to each other.
only 3 got built, with a 2x2 area each

4 of them are missing. can't find them in star.

it looks like they still haven't fixed their placement issue. 1x1 when you place it to be built, 2x2 when it's finished or try to move them

gonna see in the morning if the other 4 are coming back or not.

when i've tried to place new ones next to already built ones, they were taking 2x2 space

And I wanted to try it. If I start the run of 5 top left, it can't be completed:

yes, you have to place them together , one by one, within 5 seconds intervals. this way you could line them all up 1x1

i have my ones upgraded and i can't move them together like that. have to demolish them and then rebuild/upgrade...



EDIT: whoop, whoop. i've tried it from bottom right and managed to move my upgraded ones too (http://prntscr.com/wkkgry). happy days. tyvm

Yeah, I just tried moving some into that area, worked going bottom row left to right as well, didn't need to rush or demolish.

Very odd, it should fit or it shouldn't, placement order should in no way affect available spots.

But why do you place them in areas where there is room for the bigger houses?

There are a lot of small places where only these fits, then you save the bigger areas for bigger houses. Or did you use up all those small spots already?

they can be moved later on . atm , that's all i've got

Can also be denser and cheaper for pop, same space:

4 x small river house @ level 2 (44 tokens) = 200 pop
1 x improved floating @ level 4 (137 tokens) = 200 pop

Can take the SRH higher obvs.

1x1 buildings can be stacked in a 2x2 square only if you place bottom one first, then the two in the middle, then the top.

If u start from top, it will cover the whole 2x2 square.
