Ghost Lantern rewards

Is it just me or has anyone else been getting fewer rewards from the chests you get from the ghost lanterns?

Last week there was only 4 rewards. When I asked in help it was pointed out that sometimes you get 2 rewards in one (instead of 2x100 refill you get 1x200 refill) So I waited to check what i got this week.
This week I got 2 chests, as expected, but in one was 1 igor and 20 gems and in the second chest was 1 paperwork guide.

I've submitted a ticket but I've never had much luck with them in the past. So just wondering if anyone else has the same issue?

Not quite sure what the point is here. Yeah I've read that but as paperwork guide isn't listed it's obviously not 100% reliable.
If the point was to show me that refills aren't a reward, I know, but the idea still stands that there may have been 2 igors in one slot, not just one. Which was why I waited a week to make sure that wasn't what was happening.

I get 2 chests with one reward in each chest last week. I have 6 lanterns...
