support for 32 bit system?
Will the brazier get bigger or smaller? I quite like it as is :D

Mac login? 32 bit login? Excelsior issue? Guild vote unlocked? Guild shop unfrozen? Could continue but assume answers will all be the same: ''The devs are aware and we will update you when we have a fix......''

not much point in updates when more and more ppl cant log in. maybe bb could prioritise issues... then again maybe not!
i've been playing this afternoon and when i didnt recieve the ach for ss (nor the trib) i thought i'd try a relog. All i've been getting since is "cannot update client" i've tried everything i can think of and no luck. as for the help and faq about logging in, pleeeeaaassse, my 3yo grandson can offer more help than that!!!

Its now the end of January. The Mac client is a month later than your second deadline. 6 weeks from the first.
Broken promises after broken promise and the CM remains silent on the subject.
Just give us an update!
It doesn't matter what the message is. Good news or bad. What matters is we get a message.
Keeping us entirely in the dark is not building any sense of faith in BB from the TSO community

Tried uninstalling and install new file helps maybe, did so on RC1 client when there was problem
current flash air client suppose to be temporary - hope it will not stay temporary for years
I would really prefer if developers more focus on new (final) solution - which should be Unity client.

I'm experiencing the same problem, I assumed the maintenance was over (because the client started the game window), but then I'm back to the problems from mid-December
P.S. Sorry for my gq, guys :( I'll try to tomorrow afternoon to log in again, maybe we'll know more what to do

why not put all events on hold, yeah?
why not focus on more important things, you know, like say, making the game work????????
you guys are really incompetent!
if you dont plan on keeping deadlines, or are unable to do so, why not just say so?
players would appreciate it, instead of this ridiculous silence ever since the new version debacle…
stop doing cosmetic things in the game, work on gameplay, and then go to cosmetics, dont go the easy dumb way.

It seems not many ppl are interested in leaving feedback for an update, but would rather go off topic and beg to be able to access the game.

Perhaps some part of the game is still running. Try closing restarting machine or terminating the tasks in task manager to allow the update to proceed.

Can someone with a fully functioning game post a directory listing of all files you see and file sizes, maybe them we can work out which file this time isn't installing/copying/ ???? for some of us.

Oh yes , ..... same error as last time , but old fix doesn't work this time, copied allegedly good client.swf to folder , still ''cannot update''

yeah this is bad from the settlers team,i have windows 10 64 bit fully updated,but just like before the xmas event,the client can,t update,i had to download a german link to play settlers,i reported this issue with a ticket,so it is not like they never knew about it,they are more interested in their events than fixing the game,i spend hours playing the game,and now i spend hours trying to get it running.

can be solved with high speed internet connection.
if u find high speed internet this error will solve.
LOL its always the connection speed that gets the blame LOLOLOL

It's the update that changes the client.swf file , causing the problem.
They have sorted the correct file in the link and should now work.

We have adapted, updated and corrected the additional file (SWF) in our instructions.
The guide now contains the new file and therefore a fix to the error "Your client could not be updated".
To play with the latest game version, you will need to download this SWF-file and add it to the noted folders.
