Please, give me a chanse to to stop or inactivate the "new quest reminder".

I completely agree, the constantly flashing new quest reminder is very annoying. I play lots of other games with quests and none have such a palava, if you must constantly remind, then highlight it, or make it sparkle or something, but please stop the constant flashing.
