please help i log in and out of account today no problem,then i tried to log back in 6pm today says your client could not be updated please how do i resolve this issue many thanks

the said file is missing but the link on the page wont install or download
i also contacted support twice 3rd and 4th of march and still no reply or resolve ive been playing settlers on line since 2013 and im also a guild leader
so to me this is a very poor state of affairs

geez. that's a 3 month old file/guide. have you tried the new installs? both of them?

have you even tried the testserver install too?

I am constantly greeted with the "Your client can not be updated!" message.

I know these things happen but ever since the demise of flash this game has failed to deploy it's update(s) successfully.

Did you try download the client again ?

Just saw that on german servers ( game update today wednesday ) - some players also have problems starting game - and updating client. -

Hi Wakky, yes I tried all that. The only version I was able to download was the pre-existing version I already had.

... but surprise surprise, I post on here and it starts working...:confused:

The client is a disgrace. For all the money spent on this game by thousands of ppl, behaving like this is utter shit. Really, every time, you have to download, redownload, download again. Then install uninstall, restart pc. Cmon, Germany !! such a sophisticated country and u cant deal with the simple game? :) then dont take money for it, when I want to delete it, I cant as it is secretly running a process in the background that is not showing is Task manager, wtf ppl?
