Cannot load the game

When I pushed on "Play now" nothing happened. So after several trials, I tried to reload the game. Dowload worked, old version was deleted , but afterwards I received the message ( in french) that there was an error at openong the file (write) C:/users/Paul/AppData/Local/Ubisoft/The SettlersOnline/ TheSettlersOnline.exe.

Trying several times and always the same: so I cannot play anymore !!!

Unfortunately the .swf file you need to download off of the page is not available because the Ubisoft host server of the file won't let you connect

I am unable to copy the new file because after /The Settlerson Line/ I don't have any Client !!!!
