Firstly, thank you for the advance notice, makes a welcome change to logging in and finding an unannounced maint is just about to start.

What "issues" are being addressed?
I'd really like to see the end of the bug that keeps closing tickets before support even read them, it's been nearly 6 years now!
Utter farce getting a response to an already closed ticket, and means you keep having to start a new one to answer/provide more information quoting the original ticket number, then of course that ticket auto-closes too, so your next one now refers to the previous 2 ticket numbers, and so ad infinitum until either it's resolved, or everybody loses track of the original query amidst the mass of prior ticket numbers.

Hey Nogbad!

The ones you mention in your post and more :)

As you can read in our news, along with maintenance on Tuesday, we are implementing the new technology to our Support System. This will fix ongoing issues with the support system.

Errr, that's not quite right, there's an update on the German News pages about this.
While this may hopefully fix some of these issues (and I sincerely hope the 4 year old premature closure bug is one), these "fixes" don't come into play until the Unity version goes live, and even then they're not 100% certain as the support category system hadn't yet been included (at time of writing), so we are still without the ticket system until next week, and praying no issues show when they organise the categories within the system.
