yes. It occurs everytime i log on. It's also reproduced on test2 where it was all reported before going live.

yes, I'm looking at other browser games
I gave up on the template also - - cant help thinking some of the people are right in suggesting that you made it because you dont really want reports - it is pretty messy
I have problems with the chat.
Problem 1- often I cant read the guild chat - all lines are on top of the guild motto.
Problem 2 - chat does not seem to be updated after a point - what I and other people post only get to the chat after I refresh. My own posts get there eventually after refresh.
These 2 problems often occur at the same time - after I have been online for some time.
What I did when it was happening - just chatting- not much else to do the state the game is in.
how often - around 4 times today and 4- or 5 yesterday. happening after around ½ an hour or so online.
Problem 1 only goes away after I relog - often more than once.
Prolem 2 goes away after refresh-most of the times

In my experience, Firefox was extremely slow. After switching to MS Edge and enabling in Edge -> Settings -> System -> Use hardware acceleration when available, the performance is much better. The page draws are much faster now, but it slows down after awhile.
I am now getting the error message after playing for awhile: Out of memory. If you are the developer of this content, try allocating more memory to your WebGL build in the WebGL player settings.

issues found #2:
when I try to collect loot from multiple mails, I cant select destination for loot.
the same situation for Chrome and Edge browser.
issue found #3:
an red vertical arrow over "University" building invites me to upgrade this building. But it's already at level 6 and farther upgrade is not possible.

I agree that the biggest issue is loading full data. Here is how I solved the stuck when loading data
1. Login and click play
2. When the progress bar stop moving (by monitoring network 1.2Mbps -> 0), I refresh the page, again and again, maybe 20-30 times --> load successfully
3. Stuck at second progress bar
4. Fully clear the cache.
5. Repeat step 1-3 --> run successfully.
I run game on
- Chrome browser Version 91.0.4472.124 (Official Build) (64-bit)
- Win 10 Pro 1909 18363.15 , 16 GB RAM
With this Unity, the game became extremely slow!
I don't have any connections issues, ADSL-2 at 40Mbps/3Mbps, connection is stable and fast.
Using Windows 10 latest update, WLAN->ADSL-2 as above. Chrome latest updated.

It is true that a lot of this should be known and if its not then try playing the live version.
My main issues are slowness, Takes me over half an hour to send out my explorers and geos in the morning.
Everytime i click in the menu to send them an additional window pops up over it.
Online status of friends is not showing.
Chat is not working as it should be.
Trade menu does not allow me to sort by cost or offer any more
cannot see how much I have left in mines. Animation for dead quarry's looks like they are still working.
I cannot see how many troops I have made without clicking on the settler icon, used to be able to hover over it.
mailbox does not allow you to accept more than 1 mail anymore. Icons are missing to add to your star menu or warehouse.
Once a mail is closed there is a gap instead of moving the mails up.
I am using the lastest version of win 10 pro and have the latest updates as I am on the insider program. I also have the latest version of edge, chrome and firefox and is the same for all

Notes in the guild's member list is on top of oneanother so can't be read
Member list can't be sorted which makes it VERY difficult to follow up on GQ completion and game activity
Trade history had the same date and time for all trades
Seems strange there is only 1 page of trades in TO? And I cannot sort items
I cannot make troops or anything in PH. Just an hour glass turning.....
I can't access my mails. Mailbox is empty. If you can't communicate and can't claim goods from trades, adventures and explorers there's no point playing, is it?
P.S. Does anyone responsible for this mess actually read this?
This new browser based Unity version of the game is soo soo disappointing.
The whole game has become so unstable. Weird annoying stuff is happening when the game starts. I can't even be concrete, because of so many bugs. This kills my desire for playing it anymore.

I have next problems:
1. Inbox is empty, although I didn't deleted nothing
2. Map is slow and buildings are slow show
3.Green lamps for showing active players are invisible!

The choosing of generals when on adventures are totally messed up. When you click on one general it's the window from another general that opens up.

You can not take screenshots of actions :/ But you can try it yourself: Send one general to a camp and click on the camp of that general - the window from another general will show up. That has as consequence that you can never recall a general, since you can't open up his window, instead a window from another (inactive) general. Epic error! http://prntscr.com/1eqidm8

There are so many bugs in this implementation, its quite sad to see when you've been playing this for what seems like forever.
Opening chests or box's will just cause a permanent graphics cycle that can only be fixed by restarting the game.
Game functionality degrades quickly, you get more connection lost issues the longer you stay logged in.
There is visual stuttering when you move across the map, fragments of your island haunt you as you go to visit others.
You cant see who is logged in, cant see your own guild members.
You cant send explorers or geos out successfully because the zone refresh or whatever bug exists doesn't register that you are doing it so you have to do it 3 or 4 times for the game to even recognize that you are trying.
Trying it in different browsers doesn't resolve any of the issues, all of these issues exist whether you are logged into chrome or the latest version of Edge.
My system is Windows 11 ready.
Ryzen 5 processor
16gb Memory
AMD Radeon 5700 graphics
1 TB M.2 Boot device
4TB storage.
When I heard that all the issues had been sorted I thought yay, but this is the same version that is currently on the test server that is completely buggy... there is no difference.
Unable to log in with chrome, had the same msg someone posted about hardware acceleration being turned off when it was actually on, got in with firefox but same as most others, waiting for trees, mountains to appear, then maybe 10 min later the buildings load up, 4get star menu or mail, lol.

cannot zoom whole island. And browser zoom seems to have no effect.
noticeable delay when selecting anything, explorers, buildings, menus.
using numbers to navigate island results in a few seconds delay while the buildings reappear.
Sorry I just cant be bothered to look for any more. Apparently loads of issues running adv.

Problem - "A General error has occurred. Please refresh the page and try again"
This happens constantly while playing and you have to basically log back in every so often, happens when actively playing or while game is sitting waiting for some input.
I've cleared History/cache/cookies.

If you whisper someone who is offline, you don't get the message "user is offline". Verified it with a deceased person to be 100% sure.
Trying to do Storm Recovery, but the constant resets makes it a pain to make stuff in Provision house. You need to be fast to confirm an order before a reset cancel it again. Ordering so many different buffs is a pain.
When this happen: every time one tries making something in provison house.
Failed 2 out of 3 - 2nd because it used wrong buff even though I tried to use the poison not the decomposer, but the constant refresh makes it impossible to control what gets done, unless you can time your actions precisely in between the freezes.

Having multiple issues with colonies
The 2 extra colony slots I unlocked for gems on the downloaded version. Are now locked with the the unity release.
Once you have opened the colonies tab, you cannot open it again unless you try multiple refreshes.
When sent an explorer on a expedition search, and they come back with no player owned colonies to attack, If you discard this search, you can not send another explorer on another expedition search.
when attacking camps on a colony island, if you use a blocking gen and and this is sent to main camp to be intercepted by block camp, the first round of attacking troops shown at the the main camp, appears to be troops sent to block camp, then the main camps troops disappear, so you unable to swap your attacking troops to suit, as you can not see what troops coming up next.
When you have claimed a colony, you can place defence camps, but you can not load these with any defensive troops.

The very limited zooming out that's introduced in the Unity version is not OK. There are several game actions that suffers under this limitation. To name a few: looking after daily collectibles, observing start and end points of an adventure attack in one window without scrolling. Please fix it soon. It's a real nuisance.

hi...
i lost all upgrades to epic farm after transfer to unity server...
i had level 6 epic farm, silo and watermill.... and some other upgrades as well (i do not remember exactly)...
all i remember that i needed only 7 more blueprints to fully upgrade epic farm...
hi...
also, i just realized... lost all upgrades in epic forge too...
again i do not remember exactly what upgrades but i had applied at least 6 blueprints to epic forge...
any help in the matter will be appreciated... thanks...

Hi. When I stop playing some time ago (7-8 years) I used to be around level 30 (plus minus) and after Unity release I was level 8 (I've played few hours, now I have higher level). Obviously I have only few basic buildings. I think thats how was looks like when I started playing/testing on Test Server, so it's not rollback of my live server account. I any admin could look into it and bring back my old account (one from live server) I would be great.
EDIT:
My mistake, I was login into wrong language site (I thought it's only about language localization, but I forgot it's completely different instance). So after login into proper language site I had access to my old account :).

Bottom half of Inbox is too small. have to scroll sometimes to be able to click the destination buttons.

When the Economy Window opens it is fully expanded, meaning you have to close some of the sections, please make it collapsed when we open it.
In addition to that issue of the window not being big enough, when you open a mail it just leaves a gap - so when you've opened the 8 mails that are visible, you have to refresh the mailbox to see the next lot.

On my single daily login to keep some things aliave, just in case it comes back, Epic workyards productions lost, all mine were full.
One example but applies to all, brew is currently 60, but I can switch it to 10 or 20.

Obviously I have only few basic buildings. I think thats how was looks like when I started playing/testing on Test Server, so it's not rollback of my live server account. I any admin could look into it and bring back my old account (one from live server) I would be great.

i cant buy pfb from merchant, its been on -47 seconds since update
as we cant play im only logging on to try to stock up ready for the possiblility of fixes, cant even do that
No chat, no mails, deposits don't show how much is in them, new deposits don't show unless you hover above them, number of troops show in even thousands (2K could be 2100 or 2900 - no way to know), hubby says prod in barracks stop when he logs out but I haven't tried myself. As a guild leader I can't manage members list as before, text in notes in members list is on top of one another so unreadable. MOTD is the same.

5 bugs that make the game completely unplayable for me. Currently logging in once a day to see if it works yet, then closing it again.
1. It unbelievably slow. It takes between 1 and 5 seconds to respond to every mouse click
2. To make the font in chat legible you have to make everything else huge
3. Even if you make chat legible, messages I type disappear into a black hole and never appear to be sent
4. Provision house, etc, show what ingredients are needed but not what will be produced
5. Buildings etc take an extremely long time to appear, and some (for example copper and iron mines) never appear at all
As others have said the game as it stands is completely unplayable. Please could we have the standalone client back until the unity version works?

Sending gens is an even greater pain now than it ever was. The window does not really react to mouse clicks. When you use curser arrows the windows feels like floating in soap and goes all the way up or down. Finding the right gens is really a task. We need to have it working as least as bad as before. Evertime there is a zone refresh, it interacts with your choices and cancel them, some times you need to start all over again.

BB template is below - but pls read this first.
Firstly - I understand why everyone is annoyed with the template. BB - you do not need everything you have asked for.
But...
Players - BB do need some of the info - if we do not state the browser we are using it does not help at all.
Edge - blimey - game on island is 'almost' playable - loads of bugs still and so slow, but not going to try an adventure.
Chrome - there is no point listing the bugs BB - the game is simply unplayable - it does not load, crashes within seconds, nothing works at all - did the same on test btw - no nothing changed in months.
BB a suggestion - choose 100 or 1000 players - give them decent gifts of pfb and premium (costs you nothing) to test x number of specific checks using main 3 browsers - assume chrome, edge, then firefox?
You can then see how the browsers react versus each other.
Rate the playability - but give specific guidance on number system - I would say Chrome is 1 and Edge on island currently 5.
Currently players are more than a little annoyed at how bad this is, remember - you have had over 5 years to get this ready - you know you mucked up - admit it, then lets work to fixing it.
First get it working in one browser - look at why the previous download client works fine and the Unity one doesn't, tell the community - X browsers for the moment whilst you fix the others. Treat the players as proper customers - many of us have spent a reasonable amount of money on the game - you can check my history - mine is probably near £100 - so i deserve to be heard and treated as a valued customer.

Bug 1 - regular freezes:
The game freeze completely at a regular interval. It happen every 10 s approx for periods, and other times it can be every minute (Varying interval, but always very freequent)
After the freeze i get "Zone refreshed" message.
Slow redrawing of home island often occurs after such a freeze/zone refresh (See screenshot where parts of the island is covered in blue squares)

Bug 2:
General slowliness of the game: The unity version runs slow, menus are very slow in reponding to clicks. there is always a delay of several seconds when opening star menu. Star menu is generally very slow in responding.
There is always a delay when performing actions with specialists. Need to wait for first specialist to "Acknowledge" orders before next one can be sent: No "buffering", allowing several specialists to be sent out in quick succession (Flash and client seemed to have a buffering mechanism for commands, which seems to not be the case with unity version)
Bug 3:
When buffing many production buildings in quick succession i can for periods see graphical glitches:
A few squares (Tiles) nearby turn blue (Like GFX was not loaded) for a fraction of a second before they are redrawn (I was not able to catch it on a screenshot, unfortunately)

Star menu is slow-responding and click-transparent:
When sending out specialists, clicking an icon in the specialist menu (For example prolonged treasure search) often bring up the dialog box for the building positioned under the icon clicked
When clicking on a specialist itn star, the same thing happen if a building is located just under the specialist.
Just like star menu / specialist menu are click-transparent.
Star menu is also way to slow to be near usable for gameplay:
There is a delay of one to several seconds from clicking on star until the menu actually pops up. Navigating star menu is very slow.
There is a noticeable delay from clicking in the search field until characters can be entered.
The cursor in the search field in star should be made more visible (Thicker/brighter color maybe)
(The delays/lags/slowness described here is NOT the same as the freeze described in previous bug report. The slowness and delays occur inbetween the freezes)

In trade history, all transactions are time stamped with the time "NOW" (Actually the time trade menu was opened)
All transactions are with the lot count 4, even though they must have been 1.
Expired trades are shown in green text, instead of a different color as it used to be in client/flash version
It has been verified that the most recent transaction appears at the BOTTOM of the list in trade history, instead of the top as it should (and did in client/flash version)
Also, the slowliness/lags of the game is present in trade as well.
Sometimes trade window freeze up with spinning timeglass for a long time.
This is sometimes triggered immedeately after sending a trade offer.
But other times it seem to happen "by itself" (Thus no correlated action that i have noticed). This was present in client and flash version as well, but seems to be more frequent in unity
I can open trade meny, only to find it in "spinning timeglass mode". Other times it can suddenly jump from idle to "spinning timeglass mode" with no correlated action that triggered it.
Feedback on User interface:
Too much space is used on the frame around the resource icon, stealing much of the space in the trade window. As a result, only a few lines
of trades can be displayed. This is the case for buying/selling/history-tab.
Using slightly less space, and also increasing the window height (or make it scalable) will increase user friendlyness a lot:
It will allow us to view many trade offers in one glance without having to scroll (I could view all my 11 offers in client and flash version)

1) Game in general very slow , selecting anything ,takes 5-10 sec min to execute the command
2) New deposits not seen , even at max resolution

4) Done a The Lost City venture ...
a) trying to select 1 general , opened up another general interface ,on several instances
b) couldn't see Combat preview on camps
c) to close the adventure , had to click manually all the quests several times as completed ,in addition had to go back to the home island , for the quests to be registered as completed , each time . In the end , the final window did not appear , even though waited for 5 min .The adv closed by itself , when visiting home island.
All in all , the game is unplayable at this stage, even worse then in the Test version. Constant freezes ( every 4 sec) when trying to buff or send explorers, geologists out, everything lagging, no point in doing adventures .

the Unity has rendered my account unplayable.
I am speaking about 4 attempts that I have gotten into my account and tried to play the game.
1). getting in is much better than before, get into the game may take 3 minutes as of now. Before Unity it
could take 25 minutes. Regardless of computer and location used.
2). Getting going. Once I am in the account the Map takes as much as another 5 minutes to finish creating all my buildings.
3). There seems to be something wrong with the 'Star' function. When I try to key-in I have to key in at least 6 times to get the game to notice me.
4). In addition, when I try to get my account to send out Geologists or explorers and game will sometimes not accept the key strokes. (e.g.) Since Unity, I have forced no less than 6 times a call for new Copper sources. Only one has gone though. I have also seen Searches I have begun, darkened/grey-out to indicate that a search has begun, and a few minutes later the light on the icon turns back. Apparently it was just funning me.
In addition, My book maker, when I start a new door, the internals show nothing but It will not let me start another one. The excelceare is not do the show when I try to get the special quests.
Also when I try to send out the explores, the result is nothing. Unless the results are being turned invisible. Help support.

Add resources to deposit or mayors house - behaviour change.
Value is not default to max.
Value is not highlighted to allow immediate overwriting as it was previously - you could activate the addition, get the window and then type a number, overwriting what was there from default, now need to put your cursor in, highlight and retype.

Waiting quest does not to move to active but has a green tick to complete (which doesn't complete it)
Count says 1 but there are 2.
Clicking tick does nothing.

ETA - after relog - quest no longer there, I don't know if it was completed or if I got the reward, just vanished.
mail is not working correctly you cant do select all and drop straight into your bags the option does not appear
extremely slow to assign tasks to explorers, geologist etc you have to wait about 3 - 4 secs before the task light up each time and i have 30 + explorers so take ages to send them out again
When do anything you have to move to a blank space or the building or item below you opens was well without clicking on it
Tested on both Firefox and chrome all error reoccur within both

I have not been able to login properly since Tuesday (20/0721) . The only thing I have enough time to do is , to press the "tick" button as the island appears extremely slowly on the screen and almost immediately after that , a message appears about a problem with the browser and almost immediately after that it throws me out . There are not even any announcements on the Opening Page of TSO about what , if anything is being done to resolve this issue or even what this issue is .
After suffering with the annoying lag that most other users have highlighted (I wish I had looked at the forum prior to launching the unity browser version!) I gave up after half an hour as everything took an age to carry out. Searching and collecting the 'collectibles', rebuilding any exhausted buildings, sending geo's and explorers out... the list goes on.
... Anyway, today I've been playing, well testing really, and within minutes I found three clear obvious bugs. (See images attached to post).
- Notice no final product image?
- Notice the missing Qty you will get from using X amount of materials/resources?
I think I have managed to get the game to operate a little quicker today too? I am using FF 90.0.02 (latest version) and tweaked the options regarding performance. Under the General Section - Performance - then I checked the box with regards to Use recommended performance settings'.
I am not sure if the above was coincidence, but it seems a tad quicker at the moment. <Touches wood>

Copper mine found, but graphic shows collapsed mine, and only when you go over it with the mouse does it show you that the deposit has been found.

Following on from Harlequin's post....
I have discovered two other bugs regarding the mines.
1 - the laurel reef finds do not indicate which mines their discovery refers to.
2 - unless you zoom in on a mine/other resources too, you have no idea how many resources you have to source before they become exhausted.
3 - one of my mine locations does not show a pop-up dialogue box associated with that mine like others do. Please see the pt1 and pt2 jpegs for an illustration .

Clicking an explorer opens a dialogue with a large space at the bottom. A fraction of a second later, that dialogue resizes down giving a stuttering appearance.

Population overview.
No mouseover from top bar.
Opening box shows abbreviated numbers with no mouseover of details (as there is in storehouses) so no clue if I have 2000 MM or 3998 MM
Clicking any troop in either assigned or unassigned opens my nus, regardless of window position.

Chat font timestamp is not in 24:00 hrs format.
I will not wait till august and then see if it is fixed. I'll leave before that.
Because even if it is fixed the island was not designed for so many new buildings: Need more space.

Numerous other problems.. most have already been stated in other posts.
Basically unable to play the game properly, so just in a holding pattern until hopefully things get fixed up in August.
The struggle and pain of doing a co-op adventure
Tried doing a ww last night. This is the problem that brings on.
First is the loading and sending of gens- that is already reported so will not get into detail.
Next is finding 3 more player. You need to stay in home island - the trade tab is not there when you are at adventure. It might be a feature, but not very smart, as we use the trade tab for finding players for c-op and for ls.
Chat not working as it should. The problem is not the same every time I am online. I did not get screenshots from console from last night but I could type a line, it or what anyone else wrote would not show until I refreshed. Had to refresh any time I wanted to put some in chat. Logging out and clearing cache etc., did not help at that point.
Then I found a player who would have liked to join, he was not able to, as he did not have access to his inbox. He could see the message pop up - but had no way of getting to the message.
The reason I try to stick to adventures like whirlwind at the moment where only recruits are needed is the attacks. Sometimes another general than the one you just chose walks away to attack, and it is hard to load troops. the order dont stick. You have to wait and check several times to be sure.
The camps that friends have killed does not always show. This is an old bug, we had it on client also. You have to go home and back sometimes to be able to see if the other player have done their part.
Do I need to tell that the adventure chat did not work either. I had to refresh to see every time new stuff was put.

This version is the same as the one in test and has too many bugs to use. Why are all the bugs that we reported then still in this version? Can we please go back to the version of Settlers with the hard drive based game.
How did the error manifest itself?
The game was running in browser. Only one tab in that browser instance.
I was doing something else in another instance of browser (chrome), thus the game was running in background for a while.
After switching back to the game, i tried sending one geologist. The popup in the screenshot showed some seconds after trying to select a geologist.
"Server zone init failed. Please refresh your brpwser window. In case of any issues, contact support".
When clickingn the OK button, the game runs like before. No browser refresh/page refresh happened to make the game run, despite the text in the popup.

Quest "Resource Delivery" from the Weekly challenge "Kingdom Defense" - this is a really simple quest, that makes itself alone - it tracks the production of a certain number of some things to be done, then you have to enter and donate some numbers of that things - including smelted platinum. Well, this morning /like 16 hours ago/ it worked just fine. When I returned from work /some 6+ plus hours ago/ it was only the platinum left to produce another 30 pieces. Now, right now, it still has to produce those 30 pcs - although I have 2 platinum smelters working, buffed and in 6 hours they definitely produced more than 30 pcs. Somewhen in this period the tracking mechanism of the quest has stopped. Env - Win 10, FF last.
P.S. Something was restarted apparently - it finished while I was writing here.

Download looks like it did back in the former century when we all disabled graphics from the browser since it was way too slow to load on slow spped modems!

Ok so let's start:
1. The Excelsior is now fixed, it did not work pre-Unity launch, which means it was related to the application you were running pre-Unity, lessons learnt for your developers.
2. The lag is horrible, the refresh rate is slow, it is even worse on Chrome but slightly better on Edge which means it is browser dependent. Since I do not use Edge I run double browsers. Basically, when sending explorers your engine cannot keep up with the mouse movements and clicks, also, if I click on an explorer and there is a building on my island behind the window it opens up the building information screen simultaneously which means it is bleeding through the explorer window.
3. When managing messages in my inbox, it does not auto scroll up, i.e. if I am managing a message from my explorer, I click on moving the items found to my storehouse, the message disappears and is replaced by a blank line, and the message below does not automatically move up a slot.
4. Sometimes when I click on the Quest Book the window appears (you can hear the sound) but there is no window visible on the screen. If you click the Quest Book again it does not resolve the problem, switching between islands does not resolve the problem, you have to relog.
5. My spacious storehouse says it has an upgrade pending but is upgraded to max.
6. When I hover with the mouse cursor over a deposit, it does not tell me how much remains of the deposit until it is exhausted.
7. When I want to produce something in my provisioning house, the result of my production choice is blank, there is no "number". It's the same for barracks etc.
8. When a deposit is discovered by a geo, the icon that shows a discovered deposit is missing.
9. Sometimes, meaning not all the time, if I want to add an item with more than 1 to the Mayor's House it sometimes starts with 1 or the max amount available in the star menu, i.e. if I have 1000 granite in my star menu and add them to the Mayor's House, it can either start by showing add 1 or start by showing add 1000. Pre-Unity it always started with the max amount of the item available in star menu.
10. The Foreign Ship has "place holder" icon instead of the image icon, i.e. for Bowman Script it is supposed to show the Bowman image but instead it is a yellow icon with the words place holder.
11. When choosing amounts for production, it used to have the volume indicator highlighted so you could just type in the amount directly. With the Unity switch you reverted back to how it used to be, where you have to highlight the field and type in the volume you want to produce.
12. If production is stopped the "Stopped" word in the status field is in amber, with the current background it is hard to read what it says, it used to be readable but I do not remember what colour it was pre-Unity.
13. The lag or something else is causing a wrong choice in the star menu. It has occurred more than once that if I click on an explorer it actually indicates that I clicked on a general instead so that the general's window poops up, usually it is Sylvana for some reason.
14. In the Trade office it states Elite with 0 offers available, but when I chose Elite it shows 11 offers available. Event Resources show 10 offers available but when I choose Event Resources it shows 0 offers.
I have not even ran an adventure due to all this.
Bookbinder tribute don't produce in sleeping mode or not at all.
How did the error manifest itself? The green bar is at the same spot it was last I checked (last weekend..) And I can't tell how much time is left by hovering over the greenn bar, as I could befor. Difficult to time pick up if I can't.

Here on Linux 4-core/8 threads fast I7, 12GB memory, nVidia discrete videocard, game is totally onworkable. Slow as hell, keeps updating al the time. Keep seeing the 'Zone refresh' message. Started by clicking on the confirmation button on the beginning pop-up screen (only showed the second time I logged in) and then it asked me if I really want to delete that building... So many artifacts/update issues, how the hell can this have been properly tested...
I've got two universities - one of them works, the other is frozen with sign of leveling up the building - but it's leveling is impossible - no eggs from the particular event.
Maybe the buildings condition should be checked and fixed somehow.

Hi. When I stop playing some time ago (7-8 years) I used to be around level 30 (plus minus) and after Unity release I was level 8 (I've played few hours, now I have higher level). Obviously I have only few basic buildings. I think thats how was looks like when I started playing/testing on Test Server, so it's not rollback of my live server account. I any admin could look into it and bring back my old account (one from live server) I would be great.
My mistake, I was login into wrong language site (I thought it's only about language localization, but I forgot it's completely different instance). So after login into proper language site I had access to my old account :).
Economy Overview;
I want to see exactly how much of a resource I have got and how much I am producing per 12 hours.
First, the amount I have. I open the resource and mouse over the number that is rounded to the nearest k - it briefly shows the full amount along with the total capacity for the resource. It flashes up for a second and then it's gone, it's too fast to see the number.
Secondly I want to see how much I am producing, so I click on the number and it opens up the detailed view, with production and consumption. These numbers are again rounded to a k number, but this time mousing over the k number doesn't give me an exact figure of production or consumption like it did before.
I want to see the exact numbers so that can know how long before production fills so that I can know what buff to apply (I have a spreadsheet for that).
Previously I was able to see exact figures, now everything is rounded up to a k number - lazy and unhelpful - please set it back to how it was on client and previous browser versions.
I don't need to use your template because the questions are irrelevant - it's the way it's coded - tried on multiple browsers.

Easter basket and water castle are different presentation to other pop buildings. Font is slightly different (I MUCH prefer this anomaly font) and pop value is presented vertically with no icon.

Not sure if it is just a glitch my end or someone is playing around behind the scenes?
(Problem / glitch 1) - Over the last 30mins I have sent some of my explorers off on a long treasure search (12hr) - but under 60seconds later they are returning to the star menu.
(Problem / glitch 2) - Explorers that were sent out previously are now returning but stating they couldn't find any treasure.
(Problem / glitch 3) - The inbox isn't working either.
How did the error manifest itself?
The game were running as usual (slow and laggy as unity version is atm).
Game started to slow further down and lags become more frequent and longer.
"Quest completed" jumping arrow appeared (Guild quest most likely).
Quest book can no longer be updated. No response when trying to open quest book.
When opening debug console i see there are errors/exceptions. For most recent exception, the The counter increase each time i click on quest book.
The error message is in the attached txt-file
Game seems slower than usual, jumping arrow (Quest completed-arrow) slowing down/stopping for periods

I'd recommend to a BB QA engineer just to log in to the game using any browser.
You will be amazed by hundreds of bugs which you will find just navigating 5 min via game.

Certain text fields appear to be poorly scaled resulting in text with lots of jaggies, even at 100%
As example from quest book:
First is 100% scale, second is 90%. Quest titles not clear, sub items and descriptions resized more appropriately.

Clicking an explorer opens a dialogue with a large space at the bottom. A fraction of a second later, that dialogue resizes down giving a stuttering appearance.

The star menu performance improvements (thank you) make this more evident and a very stuttering, jerky appearance sending multiples.

Explorer window opening offset, so the window close box is not visible, top of the window is off the screen so can't move the window.
This is still fixable by using UI Scaling and reducing (-) the scale to be able to close the window. However, on refresh it is not remembered and scaling needs to be used again.

The general name stays in front of the icon with info of the other general (when you mouse over the general)

How did the error manifest itself?
1.
On first login after maintenance (Approx 19:00) all chat windows were blank. No text,d dead chat. When i tried to type something, nothing appeared.
2.
Pathfinder quest is marked as green, but not possible to complete (Button grayed out). (Approx. 21:50)
3.
Stone cold geologists returned, but is not clickable in star after return from granite search. The "Dead" geologists persist across many "Zone refresh" (Approx. 21:50)
4.
Email still not working peoperly:
One first login (Approx 19:00) inbox and outbox was empty
On second login (Approx 21:50) outbox display my outgoing messages, but inbox is still empty.
Opening the mailbox 10 min laater, outbox is empty...
Thus the mail bug is not consistant

General feedback:
Noticeable performance improvement, especially with the star menu.
Roaming round on the island feels slightly less sluggy and laggy than before the maintenance (I hope it's actul improvement, not just lower server load false positive)
"Zone refresh" still happen frequently, causing frequent freezes / lags. If "Zone refresh" is supposed to happen in the background at this frequenzy, please implement it in such a way that it doesn't cause the game to freeze or cause temporarily stops in user interaction and gameplay.
The new version is an improvement, but the game still feels very laggy and is not what it used to be.
Good job on improvements so far, but keep up the work on performance, please.

Doing VLT
On the first leader Gogor and Gobor happens this:
- if im on the adv map, the battle never ends
- if im on the main land, i received battle report, clicking on it suddenly "connection with the server has been lost" (the hammer man), 4-5 seconds and all looks fine
- on the main land ive tried to delete this battle report - immediately getting "con with the server ...etc", but after this the said report is deleted. then, again and again. after 7-9 sec im able to go to the adventure
- if im on the adv map and battle still is in progress, i checked the mail - the report is here, but if i click on it, the game says "please refresh" and im redirected to the main page of the game
there is something buried, and you guys, should find it :)

This occurs during boot up EVERY time.
I use Firefox 90.0.2(64 bit version) which I was using yesterday before the update when unity was at least running. Yes, I've emptied my cache as I'm sure everyone else has.
This error only started happening after the update.

How did the error manifest itself?

Two of my 1-day premium coins has turned gray, see screenshot.

When clicking on an explorer, the explorer window jopen, then change position a quarter of a second later. Thus, the window is jumping around a little just after clicking on an explorer.
This does not happen when clicking on other specialists such as geologists.
3.
The cursor in the search field in star menu is very unclear and hard to see when no text is entered. Making the player believe the search field is not selected...
(The cursor get better once text has been entered)
The search field loose focus on every zone refresh. If zone refresh is supposed to happen regularly, it need to be implemented in a not-intrusive, non-freezing way.

I have been able to log in a single time since then however my island had no land and no UI's presented for generals or explorers. An attempt to restart was not successful and I got to play with hammer man again and have been unable to log in since.

FireFox however I have tried Edge (shoot me now) and Chrome.

GTB is dead.
Clicking on GTB brings up Ghost dialogue. I looked at Ghost on home island but no ghost on adventure.

Filling a gen with one kind of troop and clicking tick then greys out the tick/cancel (which I feel is correct behaviour as indicates no changes to commit since last confirmed change).
Filling with a mix of gens leaves the tick and cancel available, leaving the player with doubt as to whether the previous commit was effective.

Fun day on my first Unity adventure.
3rd Thief... Gen GTB started fighting Suspicious Boulder at 14:11, around 14:45 get an "init failed" message and kicked out.
Relog and gen now back at base having won fight.
Go to check battle report, that particular mail causes a disconnect each time, other battle report OK.

I got exactly the same problem. Done exactly the same things than you except that I didn't email BB_Traffer. Also got the same result. I get big blue bloch where some times some buildings appear but no chat or anything I can do.

Very slow loading, about 5m; get a pop-up warning that hardware acceleration is disabled in browser (it isn't disabled); click OK to acknowledge warning, loading continues; Daily login bonus appears, acknowledge and it takes several seconds to close; tip of the day appears, clears when acknowledged; even slower drawing, island totally blank (sea) to start with, map reveals as I scroll around it; takes several minutes (5+) to place buildings; Quests appear in different order from old game, weekly quest in between main quests and side quests, skills bonus in between side quests and collection quest. Bookbinder flag persists after book collection; clicking on collectables sluggish; Easter basket, university, and spacious storehouse indicate upgrades available when they are not; noticed random tree stumps and vegetation highlighted when cursor over nearby building; Finally got a general error message requesting that I reload the screen.

Cant connect from the beggining....
On an adventure with a guildmember, she being the host, the window showing the garrison of the general suddenly swapped with her, e.g. my Ghost General suddenly became an MMA also showing the custom name she gave them. This all while filling the general with troops. I don't if its just visual or if i actually filled her manipulated her generals though.
Something to look into. Also we got constant zone refreshes and general extreme lag and freezes.

How did the error manifest itself?
Clicks are not registered properly. Was trying to send out explorers and all of a sudden the menu for my barracks open because it's located behind the star menu. Even worse, the clicking also means I send out the wrong explorer because it did not actually register the right explorer. Seems like the clicks are sometimes stored when the games lag and sometimes not.

So here I was sending out the explorers one by one. Then all of a sudden I see that one further down the order has been sent out. Annoyingly it's a Humble explorer that's been sent on a prolonged search where it should have been a medium.
Seems like clicks are stored and then things load in and it's being applied to first thing that loads.

After getting only the hammerman on my 64-bit "real" computer following the 4th August maintenance, I dragged out my old 32-bit laptop and fired it up.
Did the Java Update and then fired up Chrome.
Tried starting thesettlersonline and got the same as Xyrin, Greatdane247 (known 32-bit users) and others. (As above)
Went into the Java Control Panel>Security settings and added https://www.thesettlersonline.com/en/play to the Exception Site List, refreshed my browser and the JavaScript error changed to "Uncaught RuntimeError: memory access out of bounds"......
It would seem that the JavaScript errors are related to unhandled conditions specifically with 32-bit architecture in the JavaScript coding?

and I suggest yet again as I CAN get to tsotesting2.com/en/play and successfully start the game on my 64-bit machine, I'd strongly recommend that these scripts/parameters/timeout-settings/error-trap-defaults are used as your model to get production and tsotesting restored from their hammer man problem for at least the 64-bit users.

Just out of curiosity Schlipps, is your computer system a 32-bit version? I get that error if I try using my 32-bit laptop, and the only members of my guild with the same error are also 32-bit system folk.
Have you got a friend or family member with a 64-bit system to see if you can connect via their hardware?

... But the Trade-Office History tab no longer shows the users very own history like before. It now shows recent activities within the Trade-Office. Ie. other users trade deals.

NOTE: Problems all seem consistent across browsers (Edge, Chrome, Firefox)
I’ve held off for several fixes, but the game is still so much more painful (even after today's update – although the fix for the bulk mail/loot collection is much appreciated!)
I thought I’d wait until after today's update to send these through in case you had fixed any of them.
I guess you know probably about all of these issues (none of them are show stoppers, just annoying that such regressions still exist) but just in case you don’t I thought I’d list them all…
1. After a geologist finds a mine-able resource, in the old client/flash, the resource would be visible making locating the resource and placing the mine easy. In the new unity version, the resource is not shown – just a blank spot where it should be (note if the geologist has special abilities, the gold leaf IS floating above the empty resource!)

When you actually select the iron mine, the resource does become visible, but it always used to be visible prior to selecting the mine to build!

2. Items for collection/event up-gradable buildings still show as ready to collect/upgrade AFTER collecting/upgrading them…

3. Star menu, sending explorers – still not right – missing/not registering all clicks, not highlighting the selected treasure search (the old client used to keep the selected button highlighted in a burgher colour (like the hover colour) – not a major issue but along with missing clicks it makes it difficult to see which search is selected!
I suspect the missing clicks are because the animation of the explorer window s very slow (still) so the click is sent slightly before the window is positioned. Why animate this (especially so slowly)!
Also the tool tips obscure the actual button that’s being hovered over (although t does seem to click through OK)

4. Guild chat appears to be broken (again)

5. Scrolling the trade window (trade between friends) once notch of the scroll wheel scrolls 1/3rd of a line – making it very slow to scroll down to the item you want to trade. Clicking the scroll bar seems to scroll a whole page at a time – which is too much – a nice in-between – one wheel “notch” should scroll one line of items! We don’t need slow “smooth” scrolling!
What is worse, if the mouse pointer is over a GAP between items, the wheel does not scroll AT ALL – so you can start scrolling, and if it happens that scroll causes the cursor to be in between items, then continuing to scroll fails until you move the cursor!

6. While noting the above, I received a trade request, but in the mail box the top message had two messages in one line (didn’t manage to capture a screen shot of this). The trade request AND a loot collection were both on the TOP line (I have not seen this prior to todays update?)
7. Moving around my island, still it “slowly” redraws the land, and takes much longer to draw all the buildings that the flash/client ever did.

8. EDIT Another one: When creating in the provision house/barracks etc. it no longer shows HOW MANY THINGS you are creating which is a real PAIN!
I need to know how many items I'm creating so I get the right amount (or close to it)!

9. Significant problem, the Unity version seems to be using much more CPU/GPU resources.
On my high end systems, it causes my CPU/GPU fans to constant spin and the CPU to always run at high clock speeds – this not only makes it VERY noisy on my laptop (high spec gaming laptop (I7 9xxxx with RTX2060, 32Gb RAM)) but also, it warms up my room more (summer with no aircon and I hate to think what this means for the environment/electricity bills across the whole user-base!!!!
The overall experience playing the game is definitely not what it was before Unity (I’m still trying to send out my explores and do the guild tasks but I haven't done any adventures since Unity – not worth the hassle).
Having said that, it is getting better, just too slowly!
I still don’t understand how the Unity version was released when it was so clearly NOT ready as was blatantly obvious from the test servers and all the comments on the forums before and since Unity was made “live”. If I were to do this in my software development job, I would be fearing for my future, and our customers would rightly be very upset and look elsewhere!

Finally managed to get my game to load for the first time since maintenance on the 4th but all I can get is swamp island. Can turn production buildings on and off but nothing else works for me. Have spent hours refreshing and signing in and out but can't get it to load completely. Have done the clear cache and used different browsers but no difference made.

This has happened to many couple of times in different adventures: (short story: if you are sending two generals (or more than one) to specific camp and they will get intercepted, you can not retreat them)
longer version from todays bonaberti:
I sent YGG no 1 to camp x (160 defensive miner and 90 golden guard, the camp in front of the leader that has metal tooth in it) and after that YGG no 2 (the space between them was about 9 red steps). I did not notice before sending, that they will get intercepted. When the info box came to that the 1st gen got intercepted, i could not retreat the gen. Every time i clicked YGG no 1, the retreat box was grayed out (and the actual attack was not even saterted yet, the gen was still walking to the intercepting camp).
Then the YGG no 2... IT was not even at the intercepting area, i clicked the ygg no2 camp, and the lord dracul´s camp opened. zoomed in and clicked ygg no2 camp and again the Lord dracul opened. SO i could not retreat either of the generals. I sent only 1 unit attacks there, so i did not loose much, but that is a big bug if you are sending final attack and can not retreat: big losses.
(And i think it opened Lord dracul box, because LD was the closest general to intercepting camp, i started suspect this after last adventure when that happened, at that time the cloest general to intercepting camp was one of my MMA's and even though i tried many times to retreat my attacking generals, all i got was that it opened the MMA camp.- i cannot remember which adventure that was, but for today the bug was at bonaberti)

Today…
i i was at raid of the nords just about 10 minutes ago. Sent MMA on one camp, that went ok.
I had to retreat the general.
Opened the MMA panel and i accidentally clicked the ”send home” -button.
It worked… so at the middle of the attack, when my mma was walkin to the bandit camp, the mma camp itself startes to retrench and the mma itself started to walk one step forward and one step backward at the screen.
So i refreshed to page… the mma i mistakelny send home at the middle of the attack did not go home – the camp was at adventure island excactly where i placed it. But this is another litlle bug.
Before this game chnge you were not able to press ”send home” button if you had already sent the gen to attack.
(and i had refreshed the game also before i started this adventure and cleared the cache)

I've already sent my explorers out on the prolonged treasure searches so as to be able to finish the quest. Absolutely gutted. I've attached screenshots with some of my explorers to show you they're out already looking for treasure --- I have 10 out doing this right now, so I would easily have been able to finish however many long addy searches you needed me to do.
I don't expect you'll fix it between now and the end of the event, but can I PLEASE get the rewards I'm due as there's no way I can now level and do all the quests and it's not fair that a Level 54 is excluded from completing the quest chain just because of level :|
Edit : Spoke to BB_Trafffer in game and got the feedback in the extra attachments : Basically the answer is either spend gems, or keep grinding levels until you're level 56 and then finish the quest normally.

Placed manors to build, tried several times but due to "zone refresh" all places didnt stick.
Did the problem occur more than once? Yea hovering mouse over queue place below first one amount of resources giving back increases every time so that window gets really big, problem "resets" its self if you move mouse away from buildqueue but its repeatable when you keep pointer inside buildqueue.

Yes- that works as intended. There has always been level limits on content, including event content. So some quest will not be awarded to lower lvl players and some quests cant be finished. Good thing about this series is that you can finish it with gems and the gem cost is very much in acceptable range - a few 100 max- esp when you compare it to the eyewatering cost of upgrading buildings with gems.
Gem finish is worth the loot that you get and doesn;t really impact FTP non cash investing players as you can easily collect the needed gems within the game - even when you start with zero at the beginning of the event

"sever init failed" message after i have logged in time varies some time before i have completed logging in, some time after a few hours, mostly if i leave the game screen?

The Love Garden buff does not function any more.
The buildings get no more indication that the buff is activated.
The zone wide buff counter stays zero.
The cooldown timer is functioning though.

Nope, can't take a screenshot, not even asked what the issue is, I sent two ygg's one normally takes 8 min travel and the other takes 15 min travel, this time one took 12 min travel and the other took 19 min travel, and I'm getting a bit bored of answering these questions

Doesn't work, also tried on 3 different browsers
The main issue is that when you complete any expedition ( small/medium/large) achievements do not trigger, you are unable to build defences.. Then your island is also bugged and you are unable to build there also. Claiming resources also causes the game to freeze. The quest also doesn’t update (search for a small colony). Players are using the client, so they get an unfair advantage as you regularly see 'built' defences on these islands.
