View Full Version : Unable to log in - server zone error message

I've not been able to log in today.

After clicking the play game button it begins to load as normal and then just before completing, progress bar at 95%, an error box pops up:

Server zone crashed
An error was detected on this zone. Please try again

If I click the tick box it goes away and just leaves the loading page hanging. If I close that and try again then the whole thing just repeats.

Can someone advise how to sort this please.

In case anyone else gets hit by this, seems the only fix is to wait until the "server daily check" happens, which in my case was 18h after the initial server zone crash.

I got the same error today after collecting a manuscript from my Bookbinder.

even worse, when I try to fill in the support form that also crashed.

guess the fix to support didnt bring what was expected - probably works differently on live :P

Thank you for the report, we're looking into this issue. With the "Daily Server Check" this error should be removed from your account, and you will be able to log in again.

After selecting a book from Bookbinder, I became the same - Server Zone Error
I try 4 different browser.
