New mails display in same line as old mails

I previously accepted 3 lootmails from explorers - so dont know if all new go below - or just same number as accepted.
after relog and accepting trades in line 2 and 3

The 'invisible' mails in line 2 and 3 should be visible between line 1 and 2 - - the clearly visible line 2 and 3 should be line 4 and 5
when deleting posts lower lines move up '2 times' when closing and opening mail again ( deleting top post, closing mail and opening again makes top line consist of previous line 2 AND previous line 3)
