Unable to close Economy Overview window

Any suggestions how to close the window without refreshing the game.

Can you click it and move it? If you can, move it around and see if there's another dialogue box hidden behind it.

When I could get into Unity I found that garrisons and buildings obscured behind the dialogue boxes meant to have focus often responded to mouse clicks and brought up their own dialogue boxes. THEN those extra and unintended dialogue boxes needed to be dismissed before the one you thought you should be able to simply close.
