No control over anything in my game and my island looks like its sinking

after trying for over4 weeks my game is kind of loading , takes around 10 min and 3 or 4 attempts , Have no control over anything , eg cant send geos out or build just a plain nudda , zip , zilch , nothing all i can do is look at the screen , no chat window , no whisper , cant go visit another island , this isnt good , been play ]ing this game for almost 9 yrs now.

hiya zip.. yeah it's crappola hey. I can't even get in. So sad to see the game die like this :-(
