Adventure loops

I'm supprised that it seems no attempt has been made to fix problems with Adventures and pvp.
The loops I come across eg. never ending battles, generals switching all the time. Thousands of people playing adventures surely would overload the servers.
There dousnt seem to be a problem on the home island of the test site, then again not many people are doing adventures.
Of course it could always be the star menu.
