Ghost Ship & Xmas Trees.

Today I should have received 6 rewards from the ghost lanterns/ship. I got 2 from 1 box. I should get 8 rewards from my Xmas trees. The 2 boxes were there but the delivery just hung & hung (timer) until I had to close the pop-ups to clear the screen.
I've been told there is a new known problem when you add a ghost lantern during the Event but the Xmas trees were OK last week.
If & when this is sorted out, I'd like some compensation to make up for what I've lost (as well as all the other things ............).

Improvement - today I got 5 out of 8 instead of the 2 I had been getting! BB keep asking me to send screen shots & I do & they ask for screen shots again. I don't think they read the emails properly.

i found that when it goes over the limit i get 2 giftboxes one with 5 max and 1 with 2 or 3

I did not have that problem, since you guys warned me about this bug. Keeping the 3 extra lanterns in starmenu for now :p

On a related note, I packed my one and only ghost lantern and my two Christmas trees away in my star, hoping that would eliminate those quests from the quest book, hoping that might help with the incessant zone refreshes every time a new quest appears.
No such luck.
The damn ghost ship still arrives anyway, along with its unending quests..
