When one has two or more concert halls, although it shows you can start it again, it does not work. The timer to help start it, is not working. You see you can start again though. I hope zone refreshed can also be fixed to make playing the game more enjoyable.

I guess It would be better to next time contact BB directly to resolve such issues and doubts. It could be it was reported, resolved, and due to other updates, it comes up again though. A common problem in programming. It may be resolved soon maybe then.

It has not been resolved, all of us using multiple buildings (concert hall, observatory, scouting post, xmas market, love tree, snack stand, chocolatier, and so on) have been waiting for this to be fixed for some time. It might not sound like a big deal compared to some of the other issues but it has undermined just about every aspect of daily island management and event resource budgeting. I'm buying extra buildings just to get the cooldown to where it should be on several of these buildings...

Harsh. Why would someone read through every single other thread before posting a new one on a specific new topic? Maybe you could just resist the temptation to reply. Otherwise you come over as the forum stazi.
