Lost the addie yesterday when had to refresh. It *says* it will return by email but nothing yet and I can't finish the quest chain without it! Logged out overnight and still not appeared. Help please! Have sent in a support ticket but guess you are a bit overwhelmed ....

Check if it is back on star, that is where they usually get returned

I accidentally cancelled mine & it still hasn't re-appeared. I've sent a support message but wit the New year holiday dear knows when it will be read & acted upon.

Had a reply from support - they are aware but there is no fix yet - say log out for 20 mins and refresh at least 5 or 6 times. I have to do more than that every day as the game freezes/throws me out etc etc - but i shall do what they say .,...

I got same email - as if I hadn't been doing that anyway - after all I do go to bed sometimes!

Still waiting & the event is ending. This annoys me more than the cost of the magnificent residence which exercising a lot of players. I expected that to be expensive to upgrade. But not being able to complete the event quests really frustrates me. It is not so much not getting the presents but that I ALWAYS complete.

yes - not finishing the achievements too .... a real pita. How hard would it be to send everyone another addie? so what if some do 2 ....

Page closed, then adventure was gone, it isn't in quest book or Star

did you check the mail for the cancelled adventure with xp- the returned adventure might be in the mail
