New feature?
When a mine is leveling and your friend is buffing the mine you will not see the telltale light that surrounds the building upon placing, you will hear the sound that indicates the buff is delivered so it probably has started but it will not be visible until the upgrade to the next level is finished.
Just something to get used to I guess. :)
